At SweetDream, we aim to provide the highest product quality and durability thus assuring you of the most comfortable and restful sleeps.

In order for us to give you the warranty you deserve, all SweetDream mattresses are allocated a Serial Number, which acts as the Mattress Personalized Identity. The Serial Number will provide details of production such as date of manufacture, batch of materials used and location of production and distribution centers. The Serial Number is highly beneficial in quality control and trace ability system. The Serial Number is the product warranty.

• Warranty is limited to, at sole option of SweetDream Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd whether to repair or to
      replace any manufacturer’s defects.
• Warranty is valid for height loss of mattress of 10% from its original height.
• Warranty is valid and enforceable for SweetDream product purchased from its authorized dealers.
• Warranty is valid if the mattress is purchased with or without matching foundation. Improper foundation may void
      warranty.
• Warranty is valid if mattress is used on a proper foundation.
• Warranty is void if mattress is used in a manner other than their normal and customary manner e.g. mattress
      subjected to weight exceeding the average weight.
• Repair works are chargeable for defects and damages not under manufacturer’s defects.
